How Delivery Works

To offer a large and up-to-date range of products, Nerdbutiken orders many items on demand. Once your order has been placed, we order the item from our supplier and send it on to you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

• Lead time to our warehouse: normally 3–6 working days.
• Dispatch: we pack the item immediately upon arrival and ship it with a tracking number.
• Delivery after dispatch: 2–4 working days.

Payment & Invoice

Invoice via Klarna or Svea.

Peak Seasons & High Demand

During periods of high demand or peak seasons, especially holidays and Christmas, handling and lead times may be longer.

Shipping & Tracking

Shipments are delivered with PostNord Varubrev, PostNord MyPack or DHL.

You can easily track your shipment in the PostNord app.

Uncollected Parcels – SEK 300 Fee

If a parcel is not collected, a fee of SEK 300 will be charged to cover actual costs, including shipping both ways, packaging materials, handling, inspection and administration. Always collect your parcel on time to avoid fees. If the postal service’s fees exceed SEK 300, that cost will be charged in addition to the SEK 300 fee.

Resending the Parcel

Would you like the item to be sent again? We only charge our actual shipping costs and PostNord’s return shipping cost. No additional handling or administrative fees will be added. Please contact us for exact shipping prices before rebooking the shipment.
