1) Delivery Information

To offer a large and up-to-date range of products, Nerdbutiken orders many items on demand. When you place your order, we order the item from our supplier and send it on to you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

  • Lead time to our warehouse: normally 3–6 working days.
  • Dispatch: we pack and ship the item as soon as it has arrived – you will receive a tracking number.
  • Delivery time after dispatch: usually the next working day.

2) Invoice & Payment

Invoice via Klarna or Svea.

3) Peak Seasons & High Demand

During peak seasons, such as holidays and Christmas, or during periods of high demand, handling and lead times may be extended.

4) Shipping & Tracking

Shipments within Sweden are delivered with PostNord Varubrev, PostNord MyPack or DHL.

You can easily track your shipment in the DHL or PostNord app.

All prices include VAT.

7) Receipt / Order Confirmation

When we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation by email as soon as possible. This serves as your receipt and confirmation of the agreement.

8) Right of Withdrawal & Open Purchase

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be in undamaged, unused condition, with all tags/labels intact and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

You may open the packaging to inspect the product. This does not apply to software, TV/video games or computer games where the seal has been broken. We do not accept returns of used products or used diagnostic scanners.

Refunds are normally issued within 30 days after we have received and approved the return.

Open purchase: we offer a 30-day open purchase period so that you do not have to feel rushed.

9) Returns & Return Address

Please note: An uncollected parcel does not count as a return or a cancelled purchase. Always collect the parcel first – after that, you may return it.

10) Uncollected Parcels – SEK 300 Fee

If a parcel is not collected, a fee of SEK 300 will be charged to cover actual costs, including shipping both ways, packaging materials, handling, inspection and administration. A delay is not a valid reason for failing to collect a parcel – please contact us if you no longer want the item and wish to stop a shipment. If the postal service’s fees exceed SEK 300, that cost will be charged in addition to the SEK 300 fee.

11) Resending an Item

If you would like the item to be sent again, we only charge our actual shipping costs and PostNord’s return shipping cost. No additional handling or administrative fees will be added. Please contact us for current prices before rebooking the shipment.

12) Warranty & Complaints

Warranty: 1 year against manufacturing defects in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. This does not apply to consumable parts, batteries or damage caused by misuse.

Right to make a complaint: 3 years.

Proof of warranty: your order confirmation. Please keep it. Products returned as a complaint but found to be without fault may be subject to shipping and labour charges.

If the parcel is damaged, report this directly to the service point, PostNord or DHL when collecting the parcel.

We do not pay return shipping if a purchase is cancelled because the item is shipped later than the estimated date stated in the order confirmation.

13) Shipping Cost & Delivery Rules

Shipping within Sweden: SEK 49. Outside Sweden is calculated in Checkout.

Delivery is made with PostNord Varubrev, PostNord MyPack or DHL. Please use your real name, as identification may be required, and enter the correct mobile number and email address for notifications.

For company orders, please state the name of the authorised person who may collect the parcel.

If an order has already been shipped and is cancelled, the refund will only be issued once the item has been returned and received. The parcel must be collected and sent back.

If the value of the item is below SEK 300, the cost of the item may be charged for uncollected parcels. If the postal service’s fees exceed SEK 300, that cost will be charged in addition to the SEK 300 fee.

14) Bulky / More Expensive Items

Items that cannot be shipped with standard MyPack are shipped on a pallet. The shipping cost is approximately SEK 2,000 and is charged according to the actual cost.

Very bulky items are always charged according to the actual shipping cost.

15) Other Terms

If you are under 18 years of age, permission from a parent or legal guardian is required.

We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue refunds in the event of sold-out products, price changes, typing errors or incorrect prices.

Nerdbutiken.se cannot be held liable for delays in postal handling or for damage that occurs in connection with the use of products, regardless of whether the cause is user error or a fault in the product.

If an item is out of stock, the order will be cancelled and the money refunded, if payment has been made.

There is no open purchase or right of withdrawal for companies. There is no open purchase for software.

Cookies are used for functionality and statistics. We comply with applicable data protection regulations.

Products are not intended for children under 3 years of age due to small parts and choking hazard. Keep packaging and bags out of reach of children.

All information and manuals are for guidance only. The installer is responsible for compatibility and correct installation.

All images and texts on this domain are the property of Nerdbutiken.

Specifications may change without prior notice. Features may be added or removed and do not in themselves constitute grounds for complaint.

In the event of any discrepancy between the product image and the article number, the article number applies.

16) Limitation of Liability

The seller cannot be held responsible for incorrect handling, installation or use of products, or for damage to persons or property arising directly or indirectly in connection with installation or use, even if the product is later found to be defective. If you are unsure, consult a qualified professional. The appearance of packaging may vary; the contents correspond to the product ordered.
