1) Return Period (30 Days)

You have 30 days to request a return from the day you received the item.

2) Return Conditions

The item must be in the same condition as when received, unused, with all labels/tags intact and in its original packaging.

You must be able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation.

3) How to Request a Return

Email us at info@nerdbutiken.se and include your order number, the item and the reason for the return.

Please note: Do not send any item back before your return request has been approved.

4) Return Shipping & Costs

Once the return has been approved, we will send you a return shipping label, costing at least SEK 99, together with instructions. Items sent back without an approved return will not be accepted.

5) Uncollected Parcels – SEK 300 Fee

If a parcel is not collected, a fee of SEK 300 will be charged to cover actual costs, including shipping both ways, packaging materials, handling, inspection and administration. Always collect your parcel on time to avoid unnecessary fees. If the postal service’s fees exceed SEK 300, that cost will be charged in addition to the SEK 300 fee.

6) Resending an Item

If you would like the item to be sent again, we only charge our actual shipping costs and PostNord’s return shipping cost. No additional handling or administrative fees will be added. Please contact us for exact shipping prices before rebooking the shipment.

7) Damage & Problems

Please inspect your delivery when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@nerdbutiken.se with photos and your order number, and we will help you.
