About the game

Axis & Allies: D-Day begins with Operation Overlord, the invasion of German-controlled Normandy, in full swing. 130,000 soldiers from Great Britain, Canada, and the United States are ready to attack Fortress Europe. You and your fellow players control their destinies.

One player controls Germany, whose Axis powers have turned the beaches of Normandy into an almost impenetrable fortress. The Allies, consisting of Great Britain, Canada, and the United States, are preparing to break through these defenses. The future of Europe and the world hangs in the balance.
